Steel and aluminum welding and structural design
Trafalgar Campus (Oakville):
Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design, Furniture
CNC etching of Sheridan brand
Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design, Theatre
Shared research into projection mapping and its applications
Hazel McCallion Campus (Mississauga):
Faculty of Applied Science and Technology, Architectural Technology
Working drawings
INSTALLATION
Location:
Creativity Commons on the second floor of Hazel McCallion Campus B-Wing
Links the Institute for Creativity to the Creative Campus Gallery, completing the creative process: Support>Make>Present
Logistical considerations:
On-site staging area required. Portions of installation pre-made at other locations
Installed with student and technical support
Projectors attached to suspended ceiling mounts (standard Sheridan projector mounting method)
Projection will need to be calibrated to artwork
Projection mapping program created. Algorithmic scripts prepared with accompanying “how-to” manual
Lighting will need to be “zoned” for sculpture
